03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - ½ tsp black pepper
07 - ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
08 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

→ Onion Rings and Breading

09 - 3 large sweet onions, peeled and sliced into thick rings
10 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
11 - 2 large eggs, beaten
12 - 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
13 - Vegetable oil or canola oil, for frying

→ Serving

14 - Ranch dressing or preferred dipping sauce

# Steps:

01 - Slice onions into thick rings and separate each ring gently. In a bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix lightly to preserve juiciness.
02 - Place onion rings on a tray. Firmly pack small portions of the beef mixture into each onion ring without breaking the onion rings.
03 - Arrange three shallow dishes: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and panko breadcrumbs in the third.
04 - Dredge each stuffed ring in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and press into breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly. For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb dip once more.
05 - Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan or fryer. Fry rings in batches for 3 to 4 minutes, turning as needed for even browning. Drain on paper towels after frying.
06 - While still hot, sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the rings to let the cheese melt.
07 - Arrange the loaded onion rings on a platter and serve immediately with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Use large sweet onions for sturdy rings that hold their shape. Avoid overmixing the beef to keep it tender. Allow rings to rest on a wire rack after frying to maintain crispness.
02 - Reheat leftovers in an oven or air fryer to restore crunch; avoid microwaving to prevent sogginess.
