# Ingredients:

→ Steak Bites

01 - 450g top sirloin filet, cut into bite-size pieces
02 - 8g olive oil
03 - 6g brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
07 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder

→ Garlic Butter

09 - 21g unsalted butter
10 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
12 - 0.25 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

# Steps:

01 - Toss steak pieces evenly with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, kosher salt, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat the steak pieces thoroughly in the seasoning mixture. Set aside to absorb flavors.
02 - Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°C. Arrange seasoned steak pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 4-6 minutes at 200°C, shaking the basket halfway through, until preferred doneness is achieved.
03 - While steak cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley flakes until well mixed.
04 - Transfer cooked steak bites to a bowl. Drizzle with garlic butter and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - For leaner results, select sirloin, round, or flank steak. Thinner cuts may require reduced cooking times for optimal tenderness.
