Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.

In a saucepan, melt cream cheese with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic, stirring until smooth and creamy.

Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Add a layer of noodles, followed by more meat sauce, crumbled bacon, Parmesan garlic sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a final layer of cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the lasagna is bubbly and golden.
