Pork nuggets seared golden and coated in a sweet-tangy balsamic glaze. Quick, satisfying, and perfect with hearty sides.

# Ingredients:

→ Pork and Seasoning

01 - 680 grams pork tenderloin or pork shoulder, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
04 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Balsamic Glaze

07 - 60 millilitres balsamic vinegar
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
11 - 1 garlic clove, minced

# Steps:

01 - Combine pork cubes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a large bowl. Toss until each piece is evenly coated with seasoning.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned pork cubes and sear for 6–8 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
03 - While the pork is searing, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey or brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small mixing bowl.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Pour the balsamic glaze over the browned pork. Stir to coat the meat thoroughly and allow the sauce to simmer for 3–5 minutes, until thickened and glossy.
05 - Remove skillet from heat. Serve the pork nuggets warm, optionally garnished with freshly chopped herbs.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - For deeper flavour, marinate the pork in the seasoning blend for 30 minutes before cooking.
02 - Pork tenderloin yields leaner results, while shoulder provides extra tenderness.
03 - Pairs well with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or steamed rice.
