Tender grilled chicken skewers smothered in a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce for the ultimate flavor-packed low-carb meal.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken Skewers

01 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste
06 - Bamboo or metal skewers

→ For the Bang Bang Sauce

07 - ½ cup mayonnaise (avocado oil-based preferred for low carb)
08 - 2 tbsp sugar-free sriracha or hot sauce
09 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
10 - 1 tbsp powdered erythritol (or any low-carb sweetener)
11 - 1 tsp garlic powder

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
02 - If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
03 - Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 4–5 minutes per side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
04 - While the chicken is cooking, whisk together all ingredients for the bang bang sauce in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
05 - Drizzle the sauce over the grilled chicken skewers or serve it on the side for dipping. Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - For extra heat, add more sriracha or a dash of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
02 - Chicken thighs offer more juiciness, but breasts work well for a leaner option.
03 - These skewers can be cooked in an air fryer at 400°F for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
