Big Mac Sliders (Print-Friendly Version)

Mini versions of the iconic burger with special sauce, perfect for parties or easy weeknight dinners.

# Ingredients:

→ Hamburger Patty Slab

01 - 1.5 lb ground beef
02 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
03 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
04 - 2 teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon pepper

→ Sliders

06 - 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
07 - 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
08 - 12 Hawaiian slider rolls (or slider buns, or dinner rolls)
09 - ½ head iceberg lettuce (shredded)
10 - 2 pickles (sliced)
11 - ½ small white onion (diced)
12 - 9 slices American cheese

→ Big Mac Special Sauce

13 - 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
14 - 2 tablespoon mustard
15 - 2 tablespoon ketchup
16 - 1 tablespoon relish
17 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

# Steps:

01 - Mix mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, relish, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl. Refrigerate to chill.
02 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
03 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
04 - Press the seasoned ground beef into a flat, even layer on a foil-lined half sheet pan or a 9x13 glass baking dish.
05 - Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and drain grease.
06 - Brush the tops of the slider buns with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake for 3 minutes to lightly toast.
07 - Slice the buns through the center and set the tops aside. Spread half of the special sauce on the bottom buns.
08 - Top buns with shredded lettuce, cooked hamburger patty slab, cheese slices, diced onions, and pickles. Drizzle remaining special sauce.
09 - Place the top buns over the sliders. Slice into individual portions and serve.
