Breakfast Charcuterie Cups (Print-Friendly Version)

Eggs, cheese, meats, fruit, and toast artfully served in ideal single-portion cups for brunch or meals on the go.

# Ingredients:

→ Egg Mixture

01 - 6 large eggs
02 - 60 millilitres whole milk
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Fillings & Toppings

05 - 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 60 grams cooked and crumbled bacon or breakfast sausage
07 - 60 grams cubed ham
08 - 60 grams fresh fruit, such as berries or grapes
09 - 30 grams mini croissants or toasted bread pieces
10 - Fresh herbs, finely chopped, for garnish (optional)

→ Serving

11 - 6 clear plastic or reusable serving cups

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
02 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Scramble the beaten eggs until fully set but still soft. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the serving cups.
04 - Top each portion of eggs with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon or sausage, and cubed ham.
05 - Arrange a selection of fresh fruit and a piece of mini croissant or toast in each cup.
06 - Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

01 - For a vegetarian variation, substitute roasted vegetables and plant-based sausage for the meats.
