# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 450 g ground beef or turkey or chicken or plant-based crumbles
02 - 5 ml olive oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Salad Components

07 - 120 g salad greens (romaine, spinach, or mixed greens)
08 - 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
09 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese (use dairy-free if needed)
10 - 60 ml dill pickle slices
11 - 30 g red onion, thinly sliced

→ Burger-Style Sauce

12 - 45 ml mayonnaise (or vegan mayonnaise)
13 - 15 ml ketchup
14 - 5 ml yellow mustard
15 - 5 ml honey or liquid sweetener (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Place ground meat in a bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix to combine, taking care not to overwork the meat.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add meat. If forming patties, cook 4–5 minutes per side. For crumbles, cook while breaking it up with a spoon until browned throughout. Drain excess fat if desired.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and honey (if using). Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
04 - Add a generous base of salad greens to each bowl. Top with cooked meat, followed by cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar, dill pickle slices, and red onion.
05 - Drizzle the prepared sauce over assembled bowls and serve immediately.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Do not overmix the protein to keep it tender and juicy.
02 - Ensure your pan is hot before adding meat to achieve optimal browning.
03 - Taste and adjust the sauce components for preferred balance of tang and sweetness.
