01 - 510 grams Cadbury Mini Eggs
02 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 115 grams salted butter, softened
04 - 5 millilitres vanilla extract
05 - 120 grams powdered sugar
06 - 225 grams whipped topping, softened

# Steps:

01 - Divide the Cadbury Mini Eggs into two portions. Place half in a sealed bag and use a rolling pin or meat mallet to gently crush into small pieces. Reserve the other half for garnish.
02 - In a large bowl, whip softened cream cheese and salted butter with a stand mixer or hand mixer on medium-high speed until smooth and light, about 3 to 5 minutes.
03 - Add vanilla extract to the bowl and mix for an additional 30 seconds.
04 - Reduce the mixer speed to low and gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully integrated with no lumps remaining.
05 - Remove the bowl from the mixer. Add softened whipped topping and the crushed portion of Cadbury Mini Eggs, folding gently with a spatula until just combined.
06 - Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Garnish the surface with reserved whole or lightly crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs. Present with preferred accompaniments.
