# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 12 oz rotini pasta
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
10 - Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
02 - Season chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken in olive oil until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Add additional Cajun seasoning to taste.
04 - Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Gently mix to coat everything evenly with the sauce.
05 - Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling.
07 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smoother sauce.
02 - Avoid overcooking the pasta to prevent it from becoming mushy during baking.
03 - Taste the sauce before baking and adjust seasoning if needed.
04 - Let the dish rest after baking to allow the sauce to settle and thicken.
