# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 400 g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Meat

02 - 350 g sirloin or ribeye steak

→ Pasta

03 - 300 g fettuccine or linguine pasta

→ Seasoning

04 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

→ Dairy

05 - 250 ml heavy cream
06 - 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - 30 g butter

→ Aromatics

08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

→ Oils

09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Fresh herbs (optional)

10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine or linguine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Pat steak dry and season both sides with half of the Cajun seasoning. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 4 to 5 minutes per side to preferred doneness. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest.
03 - In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil. Toss shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning and sauté over medium-high heat until pink and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
04 - Lower skillet heat. Add butter and minced garlic; sauté until aromatic, about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to deglaze the pan. Add grated Parmesan and cook, stirring continuously, until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
05 - Slice steak into thin strips. Return steak, shrimp, and cooked pasta to skillet. Toss until evenly coated in sauce and heated through. Adjust seasoning as desired.
06 - Transfer to serving plates and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Resting the steak before slicing helps retain juiciness and ensures tender bites.
