Carefully pour the yellow mixture atop the orange layer in both loaf pans (1 cup each). Refrigerate until completely firm, at least 3 hours.

Dip loaf pans briefly in hot water for about 30 seconds to loosen edges. Run a butter knife around pans and invert onto a cutting board or hand. Slice into loaf-sized slabs, then cut into triangular pieces resembling candy corn.
