07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

09 - 8 slices sourdough bread
10 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese
11 - 1 cup cheddar cheese
12 - Fresh herbs for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Season peeled and deveined shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and cook shrimp until pink.
02 - Combine softened butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and salt in a bowl. Mix until evenly incorporated.
03 - Spread the prepared garlic butter on the outside of each slice of sourdough bread.
04 - Layer mozzarella cheese, cooked shrimp, and cheddar cheese between two slices of bread with the garlic buttered side facing out.
