# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix
03 - 400 g refrigerated pizza dough
04 - 5 sticks colby jack and cheddar cheese, each halved

→ For Brushing

05 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it apart until evenly browned. Drain excess fat, add the taco seasoning according to package directions, stir thoroughly, and remove from heat.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut into 10 equal rectangles.
04 - Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef onto each dough rectangle. Place a halved cheese stick over the beef. Carefully roll up the dough and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking tray.
05 - Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a bowl. Generously brush the mixture over each assembled taco stick.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until dough is golden brown and cooked through.
07 - Allow taco sticks to cool slightly. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream as desired.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Add sliced jalapeños to the filling for extra heat or substitute alternative cheese blends for different flavour profiles.
