08 - 15 ml lemon juice

11 - 125 g Greek yogurt
12 - 30 g mayonnaise
13 - 15 ml lemon juice
14 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
15 - Salt, to taste
16 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, thoroughly combine olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for optimal flavor development.
02 - Remove marinated chicken from refrigeration. Grill, bake, or pan-sear the chicken over medium-high heat until fully cooked and slightly charred, ensuring an internal temperature of 74°C. Allow to rest, then slice thinly.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. Adjust seasoning as needed.
04 - On warm pita bread, arrange sliced chicken. Top with desired fresh vegetables if using. Generously drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, fold securely, and serve immediately.
