Crispy Cinnamon Cream Cheese Sticks (Print-Friendly Version)

Crispy bread rolls filled with sweetened cream cheese, dipped in butter and coated with cinnamon sugar for an irresistible treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 16 slices white bread, crusts removed

→ Filling

02 - 225g cream cheese, softened
03 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar

→ Coating

04 - 1 cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
06 - 3/4 cup butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - In one bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Pour melted butter into a third bowl.
02 - Flatten each slice of crustless bread with a rolling pin. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each flattened bread slice, then roll up tightly.
03 - Dip each rolled bread stick into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until completely coated.
04 - Arrange the coated rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 20 minutes, until golden and crispy.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - These crack sticks can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if cooking from cold.
