10 - 15 ml olive oil, for brushing

→ Serving

11 - Extra Alfredo sauce, for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 190°C for approximately 3 minutes.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out each pizza dough round and divide each into 2 equal pieces, yielding 4 dough pieces in total.
04 - Spoon an ample portion of the chicken mixture onto one half of each dough piece, leaving a 1.25 cm border. Fold dough over filling to create a half-moon. Press and crimp edges firmly with a fork to seal.
05 - Lightly brush each calzone with olive oil to encourage a golden, crisp crust.
06 - Arrange calzones in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until the crust is golden and crisp.
07 - Allow calzones to cool slightly before serving. Present alongside extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before using in the filling.
02 - Rotisserie chicken offers a convenient shortcut for this preparation.
03 - Both homemade and store-bought Alfredo sauce are suitable.
