Perfectly seasoned, crispy potato fries made from scratch. Bake or air fry for a delicious crunchy snack or side dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 russet potatoes
02 - 1½ tbsp garlic powder
03 - ½ tbsp onion powder
04 - 1 tsp coarse salt
05 - ½ tbsp oregano
06 - ½ tbsp paprika
07 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
08 - 2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
09 - 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

→ Optional Miso Tahini Dipping Sauce

10 - ¼ cup tahini
11 - 3 tbsp warm water
12 - ½ tsp honey
13 - ½ tsp miso paste
14 - 1 tbsp lemon juice

# Steps:

01 - If using the oven, preheat to 375º. Slice your fries carefully into evenly sized pieces. The closer they are in size and thickness, the more evenly they will cook. Add the fries to a large bowl.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk all seasonings together. Sprinkle seasoning over the fries in the bowl followed by the oil. Mix the fries well, using your hands to coat evenly.
03 - If making the sauce, add tahini, warm water, honey, miso paste, and lemon juice to a small bowl. Mix well with a whisk or blend using a high-speed blender.
04 - If baking, place fries in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 - If air-frying, lay fries on the basket in an even layer, avoiding overlap as much as possible. Set air fryer to 375º and cook for 15 minutes.
