Top the filling with a generous amount of mixed salad greens. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom upwards to enclose the filling.

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
