01 - 320 g cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 115 g cream cheese, softened
04 - 60 g sour cream
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

10 - 4 large flour tortillas
11 - 30 g mixed salad greens
12 - Olive oil, for drizzling

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper until creamy and homogenous.
02 - Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon one-fourth of the chicken mixture into the center, leaving a border around the edges.
03 - Top the filling with a generous amount of mixed salad greens. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom upwards to enclose the filling.
04 - Repeat the filling and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling components.
05 - Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Flip the wraps and cook the opposite side for an additional 3-4 minutes until crisp. Remove from skillet, let cool briefly, then slice in half for serving.
