Easy Chicken Kebabs Grilled (Print-Friendly Version)

Juicy chicken and peppers marinated in olive oil, garlic, and lemon then grilled until golden and delicious.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 900 grams boneless chicken thighs, cut into medium pieces
02 - 30 millilitres soy sauce
03 - 30 millilitres olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 3 medium garlic cloves, minced
06 - Juice of 1/2 medium lemon

→ Vegetables

07 - 3 medium multicoloured bell peppers, cut into medium pieces

→ For Assembly

08 - Metal or wooden skewers

# Steps:

01 - Place chicken pieces in a large bowl. Add soy sauce, olive oil, dried oregano, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours to allow flavours to develop.
02 - Thread marinated chicken and bell peppers alternately onto skewers, packing them snugly but not too tightly.
03 - Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grilling grate to prevent sticking.
04 - Arrange the prepared skewers on the hot grill. Cook for approximately 7 minutes per side, turning once, until chicken is cooked through and has a golden char.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - To bake in an oven, use a 230°C oven, place skewers on the centre rack, and bake for 10–15 minutes per side until the chicken is fully cooked.
