# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 60 ml olive oil
02 - 3 tablespoons Cajun spice blend
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar

→ Protein

04 - 2 large chicken breasts

# Steps:

01 - In a sealable plastic bag or non-reactive container, combine olive oil, Cajun spice blend, and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is uniform.
02 - Place chicken breasts flat on a chopping board. Holding a sharp knife parallel to the board, slice through each breast horizontally to create thinner fillets.
03 - Add the chicken fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, preferably 12 to 24 hours for enhanced flavor.
04 - Heat a grill to high or set a frying pan over medium-high heat.
05 - Remove chicken from the marinade and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
