01 - 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1–1.5 inch pieces
02 - 1 tsp salt
03 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
04 - 1 tsp paprika
05 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
02 - Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix to coat evenly.
03 - Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Work in batches if necessary.
04 - Reduce heat to medium, return all chicken to the pan, and add remaining butter and garlic. Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and chicken is coated in sauce.
05 - Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve immediately.
