# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Pepper, to taste
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

→ Pasta and sauce

07 - 8 ounces shell pasta
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
02 - Add minced garlic to the skillet with the steak and cook for an additional minute. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
