→ For the Parmesan Cream Sauce

10 - 14 g unsalted butter
11 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 240 ml heavy cream
13 - 50 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
14 - 1 teaspoon (approx. 1 g) Italian seasoning
15 - Salt, to taste
16 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Pat steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper on all sides.
02 - Heat olive oil and 28 g butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once butter has melted and is foaming, add steak cubes in a single layer.
03 - Cook steak for 3–4 minutes, turning to brown all surfaces until desired doneness is reached. Remove browned steak bites from skillet and set aside.
04 - Return the skillet to medium heat. Add remaining 28 g butter. Stir in minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
05 - Return steak bites to skillet and toss to coat in the garlic herb butter. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
06 - In a separate skillet over medium heat, melt 14 g butter.
07 - Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
08 - Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir occasionally.
09 - Add grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir continuously until cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.
10 - Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened.
11 - Pour the Parmesan cream sauce over the steak bites or serve alongside as a dipping sauce. Garnish with extra parsley if desired and serve immediately.

# Notes & Tips:
