# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into cubes

07 - 1 pound baby potatoes
08 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
10 - Salt, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
02 - Place the potatoes on a griddle or large skillet. Use a spatula to lightly smash them.
03 - Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook the potatoes until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes on each side.
