01 - 1 lb ground chicken (preferably lean)
02 - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
03 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 egg
06 - 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing or cooking)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Optionally, you can use a loaf pan for easier shaping.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix together until fully incorporated, but do not overmix.
03 - Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into an oval loaf. Place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Ensure the inside is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
