Grilled Chicken Bites Garlic (Print-Friendly Version)

Juicy grilled chicken meets creamy garlic sauce in this mouthwatering, crowd-pleasing dish.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

06 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
02 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400–450°F (204–232°C).
03 - Grill the marinated chicken for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
04 - While the chicken is grilling, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
05 - Add the heavy cream and whisk to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
06 - Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and cook for 1–2 more minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
07 - Transfer the grilled chicken to a serving platter. Drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
08 - Serve immediately with preferred side dishes such as roasted vegetables, rice, or crusty bread.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - You can substitute the grill with a large skillet over high heat if grilling is not an option.
02 - Adjust sauce thickness by simmering longer for a thicker texture or adding cream for a thinner consistency.
03 - To ensure chicken is fully cooked, check that it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
