# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup Lemon Herb Tahini Dressing
02 - 12 oz filet or sirloin steaks
03 - 1 Tbsp steak seasoning (e.g., Montreal Steak Seasoning)
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/4 tsp salt
06 - 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
07 - 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
08 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

10 - 1 Tbsp shallots, chopped, or red onion
11 - 1 small avocado, sliced or chopped
12 - Fresh thyme or basil for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Whip up your preferred dressing, if making it from scratch, and set it aside.
02 - Season both sides of the steak with the steak seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Grill on a clean, preheated grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium doneness.
03 - Allow the steak to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
04 - Combine all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl or on a serving tray. Top with the prepared dressing, garnish with fresh thyme or basil, and add the sliced steak. Serve and enjoy.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Cook the steak to your preferred doneness—rare, medium, or well-done.
02 - Using a slap chopper helps to achieve evenly chopped ingredients.
03 - Prepare the dressing and hard boiled eggs in advance for quicker assembly.
04 - Feel free to add or omit ingredients to suit your taste. Adding crispy bacon bits is a tasty variation.
