Hot Italian Sub Sliders (Print-Friendly Version)

Layers of deli meats, melty cheese, and zesty peppers baked in soft rolls, perfect for groups.

# Ingredients:

→ Sliders

01 - 12 soft rolls, halved horizontally
02 - 170 grams thinly sliced ham
03 - 140 grams thinly sliced salami
04 - 140 grams thinly sliced pepperoni
05 - 9 slices provolone cheese
06 - 55 grams sliced pepperoncini
07 - 55 grams sliced pickled hot cherry peppers

→ Topping

08 - 60 millilitres salted butter, melted
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed

→ To Serve (Optional)

11 - 240 millilitres marinara sauce

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 175°C. Prepare a baking pan for assembly.
02 - Arrange the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan. Layer with ham, then salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Distribute sliced pepperoncini and cherry peppers evenly. Place the tops of the rolls over the filling.
03 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic until combined.
04 - Evenly brush the seasoned butter mixture across the tops of the assembled sliders, ensuring all surfaces are coated.
05 - Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 175°C until the tops are golden brown and cheese has melted.
06 - Remove from oven, slice the sliders, and serve warm. Marinara sauce may be served on the side for dipping.
