Soft bread stuffed with creamy cheese, infused with garlic and green onions, then topped with aromatic butter.

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 1 loaf soft white bread (brioche or milk bread)
02 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Cream Cheese Filling

04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
07 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
09 - 1/4 tsp salt
10 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Topping

11 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
12 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
13 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, green onions, parsley (if using), black pepper, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add red pepper flakes if desired for heat.
02 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Using a serrated knife, diagonally slice the loaf into sections 1-2 inches apart, without cutting all the way through. Spread cream cheese filling into each slice to fill the pockets. Combine melted butter and salt in a small bowl, then brush onto the bread's exterior.
03 - Wrap the stuffed loaf in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy. During the bake, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl for the topping.
04 - After baking, brush the garlic topping onto the loaf and return it to the oven for 2-3 minutes to infuse flavors. Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
