Marinated Steak Bites Flavor (Print-Friendly Version)

Steak cubes marinated with savory herbs and seasonings, grilled to juicy perfection in minutes for maximum flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Steak

01 - 450 g top sirloin or ribeye steak, trimmed and cut into 2.5 cm cubes

→ Marinade

02 - 120 ml soy sauce
03 - 80 ml olive oil
04 - 30 ml Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
06 - 2 tablespoons dried basil
07 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
08 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - Combine soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, dried basil, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt in a large non-reactive bowl or resealable food bag. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
02 - Add steak cubes to the marinade. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated. Cover the bowl or seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, preferably up to 30 minutes or overnight for enhanced flavor.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until nearly smoking. The cooking surface should be very hot prior to adding the meat.
04 - Remove steak pieces from marinade, shaking off excess liquid. Discard remaining marinade. Arrange steak cubes in a single layer in the hot skillet.
05 - Sear for 1 minute without disturbing, then turn each piece and cook for an additional 1 minute for medium doneness. Continue searing longer for preferred doneness. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - For tender steak bites, avoid overcooking and ensure the pan is adequately heated before adding the meat.
