# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (210 g)
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened (1 1/2 sticks)
06 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150 g)
07 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar (105 g)
08 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
09 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

10 - 1 pint M&M’s (170 g)
11 - 1 cup unsalted peanuts (140 g)
12 - 1 cup rolled oats (90 g)
13 - 1/2 cup crushed pretzels (30 g)

# Steps:

01 - Position oven racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven; preheat to 350°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt until evenly blended.
03 - Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
04 - Add the eggs and pure vanilla extract to the creamed butter mixture and beat until fully combined.
05 - Reduce the mixer speed to low and slowly incorporate the dry ingredient mixture until just combined.
06 - On low speed, gently mix in the M&M’s, unsalted peanuts, rolled oats, and crushed pretzels until evenly distributed.
07 - Scoop sixteen 1/4-cup (approximately 65 g) portions of dough and space them 3 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Slightly flatten each dough ball with the palm of your hand.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 16 to 18 minutes, rotating the baking sheets front to back and top to bottom halfway through baking, until cookies are golden brown and the edges are set.
09 - Allow cookies to cool completely on the baking sheets before transferring.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Freeze dough balls on a parchment-lined sheet for up to three months; bake directly from frozen, adjusting bake time as needed.
