No-bake truffles with Oreo crumbs, cream cheese, chopped candy, and a green chocolate coating topped with candy eyes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (14-ounce) package Oreo cookies
02 - 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened

03 - 1 cup finely chopped Snickers candy
04 - 1/2 cup chopped Reese's Pieces

→ Coating

05 - 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
06 - 2 tablespoons coconut or vegetable oil
07 - Green gel food coloring
08 - Candy eyeballs
09 - Purple sprinkles

# Steps:

01 - Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Transfer crumbs to a medium bowl and stir in softened cream cheese until fully combined. Fold in chopped Snickers and Reese's Pieces evenly.
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls. Place on prepared sheet and freeze until slightly firm, about 30 minutes.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and oil. Microwave in short intervals until just melted, stirring until smooth. Add green gel food coloring in 10-drop increments until reaching desired color.
04 - Dip each frozen ball into the melted green chocolate, coating thoroughly. Lift with a fork allowing excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet, press a candy eyeball onto the top, and sprinkle with purple sprinkles.
05 - Repeat coating and decoration with remaining balls. Freeze truffles until chocolate is firm, approximately 15 minutes.
