A fluffy, citrus-infused treat combining whipped topping, marshmallows and mandarin oranges for a refreshing no-bake dessert.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (3 oz) box orange-flavored gelatin
02 - 1 cup boiling water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
05 - 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
06 - 2 cups mini marshmallows
07 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
02 - Let the gelatin cool slightly for about 10-15 minutes.
03 - Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
04 - Add the drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows, folding them gently to incorporate. If using, mix in the cottage cheese at this stage.
05 - Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or dish and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until set.
