On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a 12x15-inch rectangle. Arrange the pepperoni evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle asiago cheese evenly over the pepperoni.

Starting with the long edge, tightly roll the pastry jelly-roll style. Brush the seam with a little water and pinch to seal. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove pastry from the freezer, unwrap, and slice into 1/2-inch slices.

Arrange slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and dried oregano. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
