02 - 2 bell peppers, any color, diced
03 - 0.5 yellow onion, diced
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced

06 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional

08 - 4 slices Provolone cheese
09 - 4 large eggs
10 - 60 ml heavy cream

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly coat a 23x23 cm baking dish with non-stick spray.
02 - Dice bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic clove.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until well browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
04 - Add diced bell peppers, diced onion, and minced garlic to the skillet with beef. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
05 - Stir in seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce if using. Adjust seasoning to taste.
06 - Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to the prepared baking dish. Evenly layer Provolone cheese slices on top.
07 - In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream until fully combined and smooth.
08 - Pour egg and cream mixture evenly over the beef and cheese layers in the baking dish.
