# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
02 - 3 tablespoons spicy seasoning mix
03 - A few tablespoons of olive oil
04 - 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
05 - 5 to 6 cups broccoli florets
06 - Coarse sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
07 - Avocado, hummus, lemon juice, chives, and olive oil for serving

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Toss the chicken pieces with the spicy seasoning mix and a quick drizzle of olive oil. Stir to combine, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.
02 - Arrange the vegetables on separate sheet pans with raised edges to prevent drips. Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle generously with coarse sea salt.
03 - Place the seasoned chicken on a sheet pan separate from the vegetables. Bake all ingredients for 12 to 15 minutes, then remove the broccoli and chicken.
