# Ingredients:

01 - 12 large eggs
02 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
04 - Smoked paprika
05 - Crispy fried onions

# Steps:

01 - Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for easy peeling.
02 - Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
03 - Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more chili garlic sauce if desired.
