Blended strawberries, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream—this cool drink brings Starbucks flair home.

# Ingredients:

→ Frappuccino Base

01 - 240 ml milk (any variety)
02 - 60 ml strawberry puree (from fresh or frozen strawberries)
03 - 60 ml vanilla ice cream
04 - 60 ml ice cubes
05 - 12 g granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
06 - 1.25 ml vanilla extract

→ Topping

07 - Whipped cream
08 - Fresh strawberries, sliced
09 - Shortbread cookies, crumbled (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Blend approximately 75 g hulled fresh strawberries until smooth. For a seedless consistency, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve.
02 - Combine milk, strawberry puree, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
03 - If the blend is too thick, add a small splash of milk and blend again. If too thin, add several more ice cubes or additional ice cream and blend to reach your preferred texture.
04 - Transfer the blended drink to a tall glass. Top generously with whipped cream, forming a fluffy crown atop the beverage.
05 - Arrange fresh strawberry slices over the whipped cream. Optionally, sprinkle with crumbled shortbread cookies for added texture and flavor.
06 - Insert a straw and serve straight away while ice cold. Best consumed promptly for optimal texture.
