# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 1 cup shredded jack cheese
04 - 3/4 cup heavy cream
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
03 - Add minced garlic and paprika to the skillet. Stir and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer gently while scraping up any browned bits from the skillet. Stir to combine.
05 - Place seared chicken in the prepared baking dish. Spoon sauce over each piece, then top evenly with shredded jack cheese. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
06 - Remove from oven and let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in moisture and flavor.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - Searing the chicken before baking creates a flavorful crust and helps seal in juices.
02 - Allowing the dish to rest enhances overall flavor and texture.
03 - Try adding sautéed mushrooms or crispy bacon as a topping for added richness.
