05 - 15–30 millilitres sweetened condensed milk

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Kool-Aid powder and granulated sugar until evenly combined.
02 - Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into the bowl with the dry mixture and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks start to form.
03 - Add the vanilla extract and, if using, the sweetened condensed milk to the mixture.
04 - Continue beating until the mixture develops stiff peaks and holds its shape.
