# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

02 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided
03 - Salt, to taste

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

06 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
07 - 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

09 - 240 millilitres heavy cream
10 - 240 millilitres chicken broth

→ Cheese

11 - 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
12 - Extra Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

→ Pasta

13 - 225 grams fettuccine or penne pasta

→ Herbs

14 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Season chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, add sliced red and yellow bell peppers along with minced garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peppers are slightly softened.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and remaining Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Mix thoroughly and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
04 - Meanwhile, cook fettuccine or penne pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain when al dente and set aside.
05 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Add drained pasta and 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to evenly coat the pasta and chicken in the creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan, if desired. Serve the dish warm.
