02 - 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
03 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 4 hamburger buns

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your grill or large skillet over medium-high heat.

03 - Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten into thin patties.
