Honey Roasted Air Fryer Carrots (Print-Friendly Version)

Sweet honey-glazed carrots, cooked fast in the air fryer, make a flavorful side to complement your favorite meals.

# Ingredients:

→ Glaze

01 - 2 tablespoons neutral cooking oil
02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - Small pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
04 - Generous pinch sea salt

→ Vegetables

05 - 450 grams carrots

# Steps:

01 - Peel carrots and cut into 5 cm lengths, halve or quarter larger pieces to ensure uniform size.
02 - Combine carrots with oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Lightly grease air fryer basket. Place carrots in a single layer, drizzling remaining glaze over the top.
04 - Cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until carrots are caramelized and tender.

01 - For extra caramelization, allow carrots to air fry for an additional 1–2 minutes based on size and desired texture.
