In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second increments, stirring between each until melted and smooth, approximately 1 minute total.

Carefully insert lollipop sticks into the cream filling of each Oreo cookie.

Hold each Oreo over the bowl of melted chocolate and gently spoon chocolate over both sides, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Place coated Oreos on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Use black icing and a toothpick to draw Jack Skellington's face on each Oreo. Let icing set slightly, then tie a black ribbon in a bow at the base of each pop.
