Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

Crispy biscuits with gooey mozzarella centers, brushed with garlic butter and baked until golden. Perfect with marinara sauce!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
02 - 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
06 - Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
07 - Marinara sauce, for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over the top of each biscuit bomb. Optionally, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
04 - Place the prepared biscuit bombs on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed.
05 - Let the biscuit bombs cool for a couple of minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

# Notes & Tips:

01 - For added flavor, consider using different herbs or spices in the butter mixture.
02 - You can experiment with other types of cheese for a different taste.
