Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over the top of each biscuit bomb. Optionally, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.

Place the prepared biscuit bombs on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed.

Let the biscuit bombs cool for a couple of minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
