10 - 90 g semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until mixture becomes light and fluffy.
04 - Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract into the creamed mixture, mixing until fully combined.
05 - Add creamy peanut butter and mix just until smoothly blended.
06 - Fold the dry ingredient mixture into the wet mixture, stirring only until the flour just disappears.
07 - Gently mix in semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
08 - Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the lined baking tray, spacing each portion approximately 5 cm apart.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookie edges are golden while centers remain soft.
