Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or a regular muffin tin for larger portions.

Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully cooked. Drain off excess fat.

In a bowl, mix cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly incorporated.

Cut each biscuit into quarters. Flatten each piece slightly and press into muffin tin cavities to form a small cup.

Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture into each biscuit cup. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Allow to cool briefly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
