# Ingredients:

→ Biscuit Base

01 - 1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Filling

02 - 225 grams breakfast sausage (pork, turkey, or spicy)
03 - 115 grams cream cheese, softened
04 - 55 grams shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Garnish (optional)

08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or a regular muffin tin for larger portions.
02 - Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully cooked. Drain off excess fat.
03 - In a bowl, mix cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly incorporated.
04 - Cut each biscuit into quarters. Flatten each piece slightly and press into muffin tin cavities to form a small cup.
05 - Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture into each biscuit cup. Bake 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
06 - Allow to cool briefly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
